Ambassador Challenge Tiers: Annual Subscriptions — Terms & Conditions

1. General Program Eligibility, Application & Compliance

​

• Application Requirement & System Setup: Anyone is welcome to apply. The formal application and approval process is 100% free and designed to ensure we collect all necessary information to correctly set up your tracking profile, verify your details, and ensure your account sits legitimately within our system.

   

• Eligible Referrals: To count toward the challenge, each referred sign-up must purchase an Annual Subscription Tier (either the Global or UK plan). Monthly-billed referrals or other subscription types are strictly excluded from counting toward tiers.

   

• Ambassador Status & Subscription Independence: Non-subscribers are completely free to apply and participate as ambassadors in the challenge. For current subscribers participating in the program, their underlying account must remain active and in good standing at all times.

   

• Regulatory & Sanctions Compliance: Participation is subject to compliance verification. Ambassadors must not be residents or citizens of countries subject to comprehensive international economic sanctions, embargoes, or travel bans (including those designated by the UK HM Treasury, OFAC, or the UN). Furthermore, individuals listed on any government watchlists, terrorist databases, or trade sanction lists are automatically disqualified.

   

2. Timeframe & The 4-Month Cooling-Off Period

• 12-Month Achievement Window: Ambassadors are required to achieve the necessary number of valid referrals within a strict 12-month period from their official program acceptance date.

   

• Payment & Subscription Verification: The referred user must successfully purchase and pay for an eligible annual tier, ensuring funds are securely retained in the account and not flagged as fraudulent.

   

• 4-Month Cooling-Off Period: All referred subscriptions are subject to a mandatory 4-month (120-day) cooling-off period starting from the date of the referred purchase. This aligns with standard financial dispute windows to protect against chargebacks and customer refunds.

   

• Chargebacks & Cancellations: If a referred subscription is refunded, canceled, or subjected to a payment chargeback within the 4-month cooling-off window, that referral will be deducted from your total qualifying count. Rewards are only distributed after the full verification window successfully clears for the required number of referrals.

   

3. Tier Breakdown & Rewards

 

Tier 1: VIP Pass (330 Verified Referrals)

• Milestone: Successfully refer and maintain 330 paying annual subscribers (Global or UK) past the 4-month cooling-off period within the 12-month timeframe.

   

• Reward Package:

   

  • Cash Bonus: A one-time lump sum payment of £1,000, processed within 30 business days following the successful clearance of the 4-month cooling-off period.

     

  • Charity Donation: A donation made by the company in your name to a pre-approved registered charity of your choice.

     

  • Status Upgrade: Official designation as a Lifetime Brand Ambassador, including early access to new features and exclusive community perks.

     

  • VIP Lifetime Subscription Perks (Subscriber vs. Non-Subscriber):

     

    • Current Subscribers in Good Standing: Eligible to have their active account upgraded to a free VIP lifetime subscription, waiving all future fees indefinitely.

       

    • Non-Subscribers: Free to participate as ambassadors, but completely excluded from receiving the VIP lifetime subscription reward, as it is exclusively reserved for current subscribers.

       

Tier 2: Platinum Celebration (500 Verified Referrals)

• Milestone: Successfully refer and maintain 500 paying annual subscribers (Global or UK) past the 4-month cooling-off period within the 12-month timeframe.

   

• Reward Package:

   

  • Cash Bonus: A one-time lump sum payment of £5,000, processed within 30 business days following the successful clearance of the 4-month cooling-off period.

     

  • Charity Donation: An elevated donation made by the company in your name to a pre-approved registered charity of your choice.

     

  • Status Upgrade: Official designation as a Lifetime Brand Ambassador, featuring top-tier recognition, potential co-marketing opportunities, and direct advisory access to the team.

     

  • VIP Lifetime Subscription Perks (Subscriber vs. Non-Subscriber):

     

    • Current Subscribers in Good Standing: Eligible to have their active account upgraded to a free VIP lifetime subscription, waiving all future fees indefinitely.

       

    • Non-Subscribers: Free to participate as ambassadors, but completely excluded from receiving the VIP lifetime subscription reward, as it is exclusively reserved for current subscribers.

       

4. Verification, Anti-Fraud, and Clawback Policy

• Audit Period: All referral numbers are subject to thorough internal audits at the end of the 12-month window and throughout the cooling-off period.

   

• Clawback Clause: In the event that a referred subscription is charged back, refunded, or determined to be fraudulent after a reward has been paid out, the company reserves the right to deduct the equivalent value from future payouts or request the immediate return of distributed funds.

   

• Disqualification: Any attempt to manipulate the system—including self-referrals, fake accounts, automated spam, collusive chargebacks, or violations of compliance rules—will result in immediate disqualification from the challenge, cancellation of rewards, and potential termination of your account.

   

5. Promotional Conduct & Advertising Compliance

• ASA & Regulatory Compliance: Ambassadors agree that all promotional activities, social media posts, videos, or shared links regarding the company must strictly comply with local and international advertising laws, including guidelines set by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

   

• Mandatory Disclosure: Ambassadors must clearly and explicitly label any promotional content involving their referral link as an advertisement (e.g., using "#Ad" or "Paid Partnership"). Vague disclosures such as "#Ambassador" or brand-only mentions are not permitted. Failure to properly disclose commercial relationships may result in immediate disqualification from the challenge.

   

6. Payout Requirements, Banking & Tax Responsibilities

• Verified Bank Accounts & Identity: To process cash rewards securely, the approved ambassador must provide a valid, verified bank account held in their legal name that matches their application details. For security and fraud-prevention purposes, we reserve the right to request basic identity confirmation prior to releasing cash bonuses. Payouts will not be issued to third-party accounts, pseudonyms, or unverified payment conduits.

   

• Taxes: Ambassadors are solely responsible for declaring, reporting, and paying any local or national income taxes, national insurance contributions, or other statutory liabilities arising from cash bonuses or charity donations made on their behalf. The company accepts no liability for an individual's tax obligations.

   

7. Modifications, Service Continuity & Governing Law

• Right to Modify Terms: The company reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated to active ambassadors via email or through the program portal. Continued participation in the challenge following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

   

• Nature of Lifetime Access: The "VIP Lifetime Subscription" reward grants the recipient access to the platform for as long as the platform or service remains actively operational by the company. It does not constitute a perpetual asset, property right, or guarantee of service continuity. If the company discontinues, shuts down, pivots, or restructures the service, the lifetime subscription terminates automatically with no entitlement to cash equivalent refunds or alternative compensation.

   

• Right to Terminate Program: The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Ambassador Challenge or change tier requirements at any time with or without prior notice.

   

• Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
